**Position overview**

You could play a central role in a global business with continuous international aspirations. Working with our Global Creative Director, you will be involved in all levels of our marketing effort to plan and deliver end-to-end integrated campaigns, launch new products, coordinate industry-leading events and a world-class customer experience.

**Core responsibilities**
- Drive brand awareness and grow market share
- Delivering our content strategy to drive company-wide engagement, supporting network expansion and brand engagement
- Assist with analysis, reporting and preparations of key insights into performance
- Conduct and synthesise customer research in collaboration with Sales and Design team members
- Engaging and directing suppliers, managing schedules and strategizing with stakeholders
- Creating and publishing engaging content for eDMs, social media, pre and post-sales customer communications
- Hands-on with coordinating and directing promo videos, webinars and presentations
- Assist with multi-region website updates, content management and SEO best practice activities
- Support HR communications and activities to elevate team culture

**About you**

**Technical skills**
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role with B2B marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree or Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline
- Proven copywriting, content development and campaign outcomes with portfolio examples
- Interpret performance metrics with Google Analytics
- Advantageous to have experience with: Salesforce, Hootsuite, Adobe CC and/or SEO tools

**Please note**: It is a requirement of this role to have full rights to work in Australia and to undertake an Australian Federal Police (AFP) National Police check prior to appointment.
