MAYDAY Recruitment seeks an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer (CSO) to join a leading player in insurance.

**Main responsibilities include**:

- Provide timely and accurate responses to queries, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
- Log all calls, follow up on actions, and ensure thorough documentation.
- Collaborate with clients and insurers to collect and manage necessary documentation.
- Assist the team with various ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
- Reconcile invoices and maintain adherence to invoicing procedures.
- Over time, manage your portfolio of clients, contributing to the company's growth.
- Uphold high service standards, maintaining client satisfaction.

- At least a year of experience in a in a similar role, preferably within insurance or sales.
- Tier 1 qualifications (desirable) or a willingness to complete them.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Adaptability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
