The Talent acquisition Manager Construction will play a pivotal role in partnering with Construction leaders to effectively support projects nationally and develop a seamless recruiting experience, whilst leading a small team of experienced recruiters.

Capabilities required to be successful.
- Strategic thinking to support workforce planning nationally.
- Project management skills and ability to deliver projects and initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with ability to express core concepts using data insights.
- Strong service delivery and Customer focus approach.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, to establish and maintain a positive and cooperative relationship with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership experience.

Experience required.
- Experience in Construction or Engineering recruitment in house ideally.
- Demonstrated experience working in a strategic talent management role with a salaried employee base.
- Ideally national recruiting experience with an understating of state-based nuances.
- Knowledge and experience in talent development, talent acquisition and best practices.
- Strong People Leadership skills with experience in creating, leading, and managing a high performing team.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills to support the implementation of resourcing solutions and to ensure the alignment with broader People & Culture policies, procedures, and programs of work.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and processes, Workday an advantage.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders and to provide advice and information.
- The desire and passion to work in a value driven business where customer focus, trust, respect, and excellence are essential.
- Developed Project Management capability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a customer-centric environment.
- Advanced capability to maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues to build trust and respect across all levels of the organization.
- Openness and adaptability to change.
