Delivering to a vision for a mature, corruption resistant, top tier public safety agency, your leadership of Ethical Standards and Internal Audit will see the further establishment and implementation of robust policies, systems, frameworks and process, to deliver an evidence-led, defensible and consistent approach to complaints, investigations, intelligence, appeals and legal discipline. With a focus on process improvement and responsiveness, you will lead whole-of-organisation transformational change and improvement where appropriate, and re-shape the approach to complaints, investigations and disciplinary management.
