The **Product Analyst **reports to the Product Owner - End User Compute in our Technology Services team. You will support the Product Owner by coordinating and analysing data sets to help track critical and high vulnerabilities across the Qantas Group Technology stacks. You will assist in building reports that track current and future vulnerabilities in areas addressed by resources in monthly Cyber Tech and Digital Committee meetings.

**You’ll have**:

- Tertiary qualification in business / Information Technology
- 3+ years’ experience in the areas of Business or Systems Analysis, Product or IT Support or related disciplines (preferred)
- Strong understanding of cyber vulnerabilities and risk management (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel and Power BI
- Excellent documentation skills - prior experience with JIRA and Confluence preferred
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working on large-scale and complex business environments
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and think both critically and strategically
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
