**The Opportunity**:
Come and join our team We are seeking a **Community Disability Support Worker** located in **Kidman Park**. You will be responsible for supporting a complex care customer with daily living tasks, supporting them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centred around the following:

- Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home including house cleaning
- Providing support with hygiene and personal care
- Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
- Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
- Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
- Catheter Care

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Induvial Support
- At least three years’ experience as a Disability Support Worker
- Mental Health experience
- Experience in catheter care
- Drivers Licence and Own car

**What shifts are we offering?**
- Monday to Sunday
- 7 hours a day (hours may vary)
