Primary Accountabilities

Customer Service

Assist clients in a way that is tailored to their specific care plans.

Help with personal hygiene activities include washing, dressing, using the restroom, and grooming.

Assist clients with their physical activity and mobility while maintaining their comfort and safety.

Social and Emotional Assistance:

Develop a connection of trust with your clients by being empathetic and communicating well.

In order to support mental health, encourage clients to participate in social and leisure activities.

Offer emotional support and friendship to reduce loneliness and improve quality of life.

Domestic Help:

Help with minor housekeeping, washing, and meal preparation, among other domestic duties.

As needed, assist clients with shopping and errands, making sure they have access to necessities.

Record-keeping and Reporting:

Ensure that daily logs, incident reports, and client care activities are kept up to date.

Effectively communicate client progress and any concerns to the management and care team.

Safety and Health:

Respect health and safety regulations to keep both you and your clients safe.

Report any problems or events to management right away, and make sure you follow the right procedures.

Qualifications:

While not necessary, prior experience in a comparable position is preferred.
