ZOI Education ensures that effective systems, policies, procedures, and resources are in place to ensure the quality delivery of all services.

ZOI Education wants to create a training organisation that places a strong emphasis on continued practical placements. Our trainers will have extensive experience in Early Childhood Education and be passionate and committed about the delivery of our course. The emphasis will be on igniting the passion within our students and ensuring they understand the importance of their role knowing that their practices can and will shape and mould the children of the future. We want our students to be passionate about our courses understanding that this career path and not just a job. The organsiation has ELICOS delivery entity separtely and it will be one of growing sectior.
- A tertiary qualification or equivalent in similar industry experience
- Previous experience managing/ operating campus with domestic and international students.
- Previous experience overseeing & executing campaigns.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, negotiation and written skills
- Depth of understanding of the national and international retailing education
- Experience of ELICOS and VET compliance procedure and Audit handling skills
- Strong network among the sectors
- HR management skills

**Salary**: From $90,000.00 per year
