Lightning Box is a gaming company situated on Sydney’s King Street Wharf. We are looking for a Game Producer to join our team. You will work with our team developing online and land-based casino games.

**Job Description**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:
As part of our team your main responsibilities will include:

- Producing online and land-based casino games
- Working with internal mathematicians, creative team members and external contractors on direction of game design.
- Own product from inception through to delivery
- Assist with Project management and scheduling of tasks
- Produce documentation in relation to the Product.
- Continued testing and refinement of product

**Secondary Responsibilities**:

- Engage and present games to Customers
- Work with Bug tracking tools to report issues

**Qualifications**:
**Essential requirements**:

- Must have completed a university or college course in IT
- Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from management
- Self-motivation, attention to detail & excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to take on constructive feedback and make necessary changes

**Highly Regarded**:

- Similar role within the casino gaming industry
- 5 years+ of gaming industry experience
- Mathematics and game design background.
- Experience using JIRA, Monday, MS Project and Miro.
