The CBRE Retail leasing team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lease Administrator to join their high performing QLD team based in our Brisbane CBD office.**About the role**:

- Assume responsibility for all contracts pertaining to the lease of properties.
- Regularly draft documentation and correspondence including preparation of HOA and leases.
- Provide general marketing and administrative support to a busy retail leasing team.
- Support with travel and meeting arrangements, client event coordination
- Liaise with external suppliers relating to marketing materials and invoice management.
- Maintain and update the retail database.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a lease administration role, in either the property or legal sector
- Strong organisations skills and the ability to work to meet deadlines and conflicting priorities.
- Demonstrated confidence and maturity in communication.
- An energetic and collaborative team player, with the ability to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Technically system savvy and intermediate experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
