**About the role**

We are looking for a **Superintendent Mobile Equipment Maintenance (MEM) **to strategically lead the Brockman 4 MEM team to implement transformational change including actively promoting safety awareness and safe work practices, with the aim of driving consistent performance, and innovation in relation to safety, cost, and production.

Reporting to the Brockman 4 MEM Manager and working in a challenging, exciting environment you will be:

- Fostering a culture of both step-change transformation as well as continuous improvement as part of our Rio Tinto Safety Production System
- Mobile Maintenance execution, planning, scheduling, and engineering leadership

**Where you’ll be working**

Located 60km north-west of Tom Price, Brockman is wholly owned and operated by Rio Tinto. Opened in 2010, this open pit operation offers a family friendly fly in fly out roster with state-of-the-art camp facilities.
