***About the opportunity**
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Relief Early Childhood Educator to be responsible for ensuring all children and families attending the service are provided with a safe, stimulating and supportive environment. The position will include supervision and assistance to other Early Years educators within the service to ensure practices and processes are consistent with regulatory compliance.
The role is to oversee operations of the service to maintain compliance and quality. This includes inspiring, motivating and working collaboratively with the team to provide high quality education and care programs to children.
Strong leadership, knowledge of contemporary early childhood practice, provision of high quality programs, and continuous quality improvement are hallmarks of this position.

**About you**
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or currently studying
- Knowledge of the statutory requirements related to Early Years.
- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of early childhood development and education.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning and Development Frameworks and National Quality Framework.
