**About the role**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and creative Designer to join our Gold Coast team working with the award winning **Villawood Homes** brand.

**In this role you will**:

- Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated** Design team** under our **Villaworld Homes** brand
- Engage with key stakeholders to **develop design briefs**:

- Produce and present high quality concept designs using your design flare and **3D rendering skills**:

- Help co-ordinate and deliver **well-designed and well-built housing** **solutions** across different product types
- Engage with industry experts and suppliers regarding market trends and product innovation

Although this role is Design focused we also need someone capable, experienced, and adaptable to jump in and c**omplete production drafting work** as required.

We are looking for someone with at least** 10 years of industry experience** in residential Design & Drafting including:

- Front end concept design and design development, including medium density
- High quality presentation and 3D rendering skills
- Production drafting and detailing in volume housing
- Strong knowledge of housing legislation and construction methods
- **Strong REVIT** skills are a must
