Servicing QLD, NSW, VIC, TAS, SA and WA, our dedicated team conduct building, pest, dilapidation, depreciation, construction stage inspections and drug residue testing for residential homeowners, buyers and sellers.

And due to our continuous growth, we are hiring a Building and Pest Inspector based in Gold Coast to service our increasing customer demand.

**Job Description**:

- liaise with internal teams and clients for the completion of scheduled inspections, proactively managing your time and travelling between sites
- complete pre-purchase building, pest, dilapidation, depreciation, construction stage inspections and drug residue testing onsite
- be a voice for the customer, providing an exceptional level of service and care
- providing an exceptional level service and care to our clients

**About You**
- have completed General Pest (units 5,6,18) and Termite & Timber Pest (units 8 & 10) and be Licensed with QLD Health.
- hold a current Drivers Licence and your own transport
- demonstrate taking pride in your presentation, having a proactive attitude and an eye for detail
- have a proactive attitude with excellent communication skills and proven customer service experience
- be able to work both in a team and autonomously.
