**Description**:
CXC Global are continuously growing so we are looking for an enthusiastic, client-focused and driven Workforce Relationship Specialist to join our client solutions team in Melbourne or Sydney.

Position Objective

The Workforce Relationship Specialist (WRS) is responsible for the management and delivery of the contingent workforce management solution for their respective client portfolio. The WRS will develop a detailed understanding of their respective client’s business and develop innovative solutions to the client’s current and future requirements, delivering a best-in-class service which meets and exceeds the SLAs.

The role offers a hybrid model of working with time split between the CXC office/client site (where applicable) and working from home.

What you will be doing
- Establish and develop relationships across the client’s business including key stakeholders, Hiring Managers, Contractors, Suppliers, Recruitment teams, HR, ER, Finance etc.
- Escalation point of contact for Managers, Suppliers and Contractors
- Manage escalations including queries such as pay and billing changes
- Ensuring the 100% adherence to all respective legal & compliance, license & certification, referencing, client specific documentation and requirements are satisfied
- Ownership of performance related actions such as disengagements, case management for relevant clients
- Participate in relevant client meetings e.g., P&C, Workforce Planning, Recruitment team etc.
- Process improvements and streamlining across client accounts and internal Client Services Division
- Assistance with preparation of client’s quarterly and annual business reviews
- Weekly, monthly Client Reporting
- Contribute to requirements in the implementation of new client solutions
- Assist the Client Services Manager to implement and manage cost savings
- Assist the Client Services Manager in growing account through increased scope of service
- Manage and deliver ad hoc project work
