- Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.**About the Surfcoast Primary Care Team**
- The Primary Care team (based at Torquay and Anglesea Community Health Centres) incorporates multidisciplinary health professionals from allied health and nursing backgrounds. This dynamic and high performing team provides services ranging from early intervention through to support of consumers with chronic and complex needs.**About the role**
- You will provide evidence based clinical speech pathology services to pre-schoolers and their families at the Torquay community health centre, utilising both group and individual therapy models. You will work closely with other speech pathologists and allied health professionals to achieve consumer focused goals.-
