**The Role**

Due to internal movements, we have a two year opportunity to assist with performing compliance activities within the Marketing and Trading division. This includes working with the business to ensure that CBH Grain maintains relevant certifications and quality management systems.

**Responsibilities**- Complete the annual audit/compliance program.- Assist the trading team to achieve its ISCC recertification annually- Perform weekly reporting for the M&T key stakeholders and MATRC (Marketing and Trading Risk Committee) meeting- Perform risk assessments and identify effectiveness of key controls.- Foster a culture that encourages team members to seek out and develop continuous improvement initiatives

**Skills & Experience**- Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Accounting and Audit, Maths or Science- Strong Microsoft Office skills and understanding of business information systems, process mapping and business improvement tools.- Advanced Excel- Proven experience data analysis and management- Demonstrated experience in working on projects or initiatives preferably in an agile environment- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with others across multiple teams- Critical thinker who can assess and solve complex problems.- Ability to effectively plan and manage multiple priorities and activities in line with time and budget commitments.
- Desirable_- Sound knowledge and exposure to various types of technologies- Possess risk management knowledge and assisted in risk management activities- Possess audit experience (internal or external)- Competent in financial and operating analysis and interpreting common financial and operations reports- Previous experience in commodity supply chain and trading environments- Coding, Power BI and Structured Query Language experience
