**Description**

As the new Indigenous Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Indigenous Recruiters to achieve excellent recruitment performance.

Reporting to the Talent Management Lead, you will contribute to the national recruitment strategy by providing culturally appropriate, strategic and market-leading recruitment solutions, with a particular focus on meeting the recruitment needs of Indigenous communities.

**You will**:

- Contribute to the management of the Adecco DFR Talent Management P&L, ensuring profitability, revenue and target expectations are met.
- Work with senior leadership and ADF counterparts to develop and deliver a strategy that improves Indigenous outcomes in employment in Defence
- Work with ADF and Adecco teams to improve accessibility to remote and semi remote areas
- Develop team capability, ensuring a strong talent pipeline is maintained for key roles.
- Ensure delivery supports 100% achievement within 100 days.
- Review and analyse operational performance on a quarterly basis, providing comprehensive reporting and insights to Talent Management Lead, as required and requested.
- Work collaboratively with the Leadership Team to build a culture of ownership, accountability and honesty.
- Actively seek out diversity in thought to deliver appropriate solutions to and for our stakeholders.
- Create a culture of honesty, openness and collaboration. Champion a solution mindset to support ownership and engagement across all team members.
- Successfully partner with Defence and subcontractors to ensure a integrated approach to target achievement.
- Develop, manage and maintain a high service level client relationship through the provision of services that meet or exceed the expectations of
- Defence and the DFR Adecco contract, further encouraging a strong and ongoing relationship between Adecco and the Commonwealth of Australia.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working in a similar role focusing on Indigenous recruitment strategies. You will be passionate, energised and motivated to deliver robust, bespoke attraction and recruitment programs.

**Profile**
- Excellent communication, presentation, written and interpersonal skills
- Your ability to manage a variety of stakeholders across multiple programs within complex environments
- Demonstrated relationship building or ability to create relationships with Indigenous communities
- Experience working in marketing, diversity markets and projects
- An ability to solve problems, influence and lead through change, implementing, analysing and measuring results for continuous improvement
- Your leadership capability as an inclusive leader, who is passionate about creating environments where individuals can thrive and high-performance is realised
- Your strategic and continuous improvement mindset coupled with the willingness to be hands on an operational in your approach.
