In this fulltime traineeship you will work as an Administration Assistant within the Innovation and Vocational Services division, assisting to ensure accurate data entry and exceptional customer service is delivered.
Across 18-months you will receive hands-on training from an experienced supervisor and study online towards a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Business **within the Administration Stream.

**Duties Include**:
- Oversee central mailboxes, following up where required
- Create and update client files across databases
- Assist to organise meetings and technology links
- Conduct file audits
- Provide high-quality customer service
- Additional administration duties

- Remains calm when working under pressure
**Role Requirements**:
- National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Vaccinated against COVID-19 (double dosed)
- Working knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Office
