**Position Summary**:

- Develop Training Program Plans, ensuring all training elements are tailored to the hotel needs
- Monitor enrollments, attendance and record training hours for the hotel
- Administer associate training programs, promoting and informing all required associates
- Ensure associates receive on-going training - creating a caring community that empowers associates to grow and reach their full potential
- Observe service behaviors of employees and provide feedback to all associates
- Identify performance gaps and work with managers to develop and implement appropriate training to improve performance
- Drive the Sheraton brand values and philosophy in all training and development activities
- Review guest feedback and other data to identify areas of improvement to maximise training programs effectiveness
- Assist in other HR related activities
