**How will I help?**

As an Officer within Corporate Lending Operations your main objective will be to create and maintain a business unit that is focused on increasing customer satisfaction, developing a high performing and skilled workforce and cost-efficient business practices.

Corporate Lending Operations is managed through its Central Hub in Sydney utilising a 24 hour follow the sun model which is supported by our Financial Markets Operations team. The broader business is responsible for processing and settlement of Agency, Bilateral and Syndicated loan transactions, including Bank Guarantees, Asset Finance and Securitisation.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Consistently assess and manage risks
- Escalate issues that impact business outcomes as soon as they arise
- Daily Operational processing ensuring all enrichments, drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, reconciliation, and investigation obligations have been met and customer service levels are maintained at the highest level
- Work closely with peers to ensure process consistency and effective handover to the next shift

**What do I need?**

You will preferably come with Corporate Lending experience (bilateral loans or syndicated loans as well as money markets) as well as specific system knowledge (LoanIQ). You will have excellent focus on attention to detail with the capability to work and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. You will be a confident and articulate communicator and be energetic and motivated to work within a team and broadly across the organisation. You will be flexible and able to work under pressure.
