**Support a critical hospital service and grow your skills with our Communication department**

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Operating the PABX console and related services to ensure seamless communication within the organization.
- Providing an efficient and high-quality telephone communication service to Flinders Medical Centre and the General Community.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of best practice administrative systems in alignment with organizational and departmental systems, policies, and procedures.

To be **successful** in this role, you will have:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.

Please be advised that this service operates 24 hours, 7 day a week, and availability overnights is highly preferred. Please see the attached Role Description for additional information.
