**The Role**:
As the Service Coordinator within the Service & Installations department, you will be responsible for the rollout of managed, coordinated and succinct security operations across the Security Surveillance business.

**_Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following duties:_**
- Day-to-day coordination with customers for general service and project works
- Prepare risk management plans
- Management of preventative maintenance agreements (coordinating, scheduling and management)
- Management of resources and materials for small project-related works
- Monitoring contracts - managing clients requests for information
- Quality Assurance for the Service Department
- Provide Technical Support where required
- Coordination of procurement and stock management for jobs

**Skills & Responsibilities**:

- Previous experience working as a Service Coordinator or working in a similar capacity within the Security Surveillance industry
- Strong understanding of the capabilities of electronic security systems and how they can be applied especially in monitoring solutions
- Experience working with Security Equipment, CCTV, & Access control basics
- Strong understanding and experience in customer service management, monitoring solutions, contractor and people/team management
- Strong communication, presentation and assertive interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to people from diverse management and technical background
- Strong leadership, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience motivating, developing, encouraging and inspiring your team to perform at their best
- Comfortable in actively seeking feedback from to encourage constant improvement in performance
- Must have a broad knowledge of regulatory and licensing requirements and be responsible for compliance with codes of practice and standards
- Service Operations - Own/Run Schedule, enduring work is coordinated and completed perfectly, run a profitable P&L on each job, ensure resources are appropriate with installation forecast, manage monitoring services and invoicing
- Commissioning and Quality Audits - successful development of internal operations and expansions to meet project delivery needs to foster excellence
- Technical Support - establishing, building and monitoring technical support requirements and delivery of strategies that foresee the future requirements of the business
- Training & Development - Requirement to undertake advanced tutorials
- Strong computer software systems - SimPro/Word/Excel/Outlook
- Current Security Licence (highly desirable)
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Current WH&S (White) card
- Leadership and Time management skills
- Basic Accounting/Strong numbers person
