Storage Coordinator

Working with a supportive head office team you will be responsible for the day to day logistics of our Sydney and Melbourne operations. This role involves a high customer service focus as well as assisting our entire operations team.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the General Manager, your duties will be but not limited to:

- Assist with daily scheduling
- Prepare daily run sheets, booking dockets and Miscellaneous Movements
- Lodge all incidents in IMS
- Provide assistance to warehousing and on road teams as required
- Assist sales team as required
- Liaise with customers for storage and invoicing enquiries
- Communicate daily schedule to all customers and drivers Action storage return and storage access requests

- The ability to follow systems and processes
- The ability to multi-task
- Self-motivation and a common sense approach to problem solving
- Great communication skills
- Attention to detail

**You will be highly regarded if you also have**:

- Previous logístical experience
- Computer Literacy
- Strong knowledge of Sydney and Melbourne metropolitan areas
- Industry experience Excellent phone manner
