**About the Role**:
An exciting opportunity exists for a Cafe Manager located at Granite Island. The role is responsible for the delivery of a range of high quality administration and business services that assist in the effective and efficient operations of the Granite Island Cafe.

Some of the key functions are:

- Site management and administration services are delivered to support the efficient and effective operations of the Granite Island Café, including the day to day management of Café Assistants.
- Professional timely administration and support services are provided to ensure that site works are coordinated and undertaken as required.
- Cafe systems, practices and procedures are regularly reviewed and minor projects are delivered on time and to a high quality.
- Professional, timely and high quality service is provided to the café counter during peak periods, or when the Café Assistants are unavailable.
- Budgets, revenue targets and associated KPIs are managed, monitored and regularly reported on.

**Contract**:
Contract for 12 months

**Special Conditions**:

- A current National Police Clearance is essential.
- A current First Aid Certificate is essential.
- Will be required to participate in fire management or associated duties.
- Demonstrates ability to work alone and be self-reliant.
- May be required to undertake intra or interstate travel and work outside of the normal hours of work.

**Remuneration**:
ASO3 - $65,606 - $69,919 max per annum
