Overview

The Inpatient Resident/Registrar will:

  • Responsible with full senior support for managing the care of all patients allocated to them in the ward in collaboration with the responsible medical staff, nurses and allied health professionals.
  • Involved in continuing education activities.
  • Participate in education and training for medical and nursing staff.
  • Encourage and support teamwork amongst medical, nursing, and allied health staff for optimal clinical service outcomes.
  • Involved in Continuous Quality Improvement activities.
