Our client, a clinical trial supply company is looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Associate to make sure the product and service meets the standard quality.

Reporting to the Quality Lead, you will work closely with the production personnel to release finished product and oversees the warehouse and distribution department for receipt, storage and dispatch of investigational products.

Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

- Drafting and finalising quality assurance policies and procedures
- Reviewing of master batch record, label approvals and validation documentation
- Maintaining change control, deviations and CAPA’s
- Investigating customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Documenting internal audits and support on-site audits done by external providers

To be considered for this role, you will have the following qualifications and skills:

- Bachelor of Pharmacy or Science
- Strong knowledge in GMP
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Previous working experience in pharmaceutical companies will be ideal
- Experience in using eQMS and involvement in validation and maintenance of quality system will be highly regarded
