You will enjoy a hands-on role, fantastic team culture, and the occasional furry friend in the office

**About the role**:

- Oversee and manage the full standalone Payroll function
- Processing of overtime hours, allowances, and deductions
- Processing of terminations and redundancies
- Continuous review of the payroll process including system upgrades, process improvement projects and streamlining
- Assisting with all Payroll related queries
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks within the scope of the role.

**About you**:
The successful applicant will be/have:

- Demonstrated experience inthe position accountabilities
- Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and statutory requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Strong time management and ability to work autonomously
- Experience using Pronto will be highly advantageous and confident using Microsoft Excel
- A proactive and positive attitude.
