**The Role**:
Working closely with the Senior Product Owner and the Technology team, this vital strategic role requires determination, resilience, positive attitude and team management skills. Your role as a Product Owner will need you to work closely with our Product Managers and Designers to ideate, identify, qualify, experiment & explore, and then to work with the technology team to build this all the way to the delivery.

In order to be successful in this role, you will bring in strong problem solving and analytical skills. You will have excellent relationship building and communication skills as well as Agile/Scrum concepts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with a cross functional team of Product Managers, Designers, Architects and Engineers
- Facilitate team activities from story mapping, prioritisation, estimation, road mapping, product brainstorming and business model canvas
- Develop delivery roadmaps and associated product metrics and use data-driven decision making
- Gathering and eliciting requirements using a range of techniques and methods.
- Experience in developing and documenting Use Cases/User Journeys, Process Flows, BRD - Business Requirements and integration flows.
- Experience leading IT execution and delivery teams, working with Project Managers and Team leads to execute projects both waterfall and agile.
- Manage stakeholders by understanding their needs and expectations, and communicating effectively with them and the technology team
- Contribute to the technology and business performance of the organisation by providing support in the planning and execution of Technology's strategic priorities, operating model, and business plan.
- Support in the generation of business cases and associated backlog.
- Contribute to the product lifecycle management processes and methodologies.
- Crafting user stories, story maps, process/integration flows and product visuals
- Ownership of creation, management & prioritisation of the backlog

**About you....**
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience with solid understanding of product-based delivery
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience of working with IT Delivery teams.
- At least 3+ years working with agile methodologies and tools
- A good understanding of SDLC and QA processes associated with Software development
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team as well as work as part of a team.
- Experience in integrating 3rd party web services using APIs.
- Exposure to Salesforce CRM would be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding and experience of Agile product management and delivery practices and Atlassian tools
- Previous Technical BA/BA Experience considered a positive
- Above all, a strong believer in MVP concepts
