Subdivision Administration Officer

**About the role**:
The Hills Shire Council is currently seeking an enthusiastic Subdivision Administration Officer tojoin our dynamic team. This role will involve collaborating closely with the Manager of Subdivision and Development Certification and the broader Subdivision and Development Certification Team to provide timely, efficient administrative and related support services.
The role will be on a casual basis and provides a flexible working opportunity for between 3 to 5 days per week based on the successful applicant’s availability and business needs.
**Duties include**:
- Provide administrative / general office support.
- Raise and process customer transactions.
- Update and maintain information in Council’s corporate systems.
**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will be:
- A self-motivated, enthusiastic team member
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams) and other corporate computer systems
- High level interpersonal, organisational, verbal & written communication skills
- Drivers Licence (Class C) - NSW
