We have an exciting career opportunity for a motivated Fleet Administrator to join our progressive team based in our Sydney - Lidcombe office.
The Fleet Administrator is a vital member of the Rentokil Initial Team, responsible for ensuring that company employees drive safely in company-owned vehicles that are maintained in good operating condition.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Monitoring and reporting of driver behaviour, providing advice and recommendations on safety improvement
- Supply reports monthly on driver behaviour through our Telematics to support our agenda for Safer, Smoother, more Sustainable driver behaviour.
- Help maximise our fleet's use by monitoring Idle Vehicles to branches and stakeholders.
- General fleet administration, incidents, and insurance claim management
- Ensuring fleet operation compliant with relevant governing regulations
- Support and coordination of Driver Infringement
- Vehicle records and reporting

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Demonstrated experience in a Fleet Coordination or Administration role for over 500 vehicles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Database management skills across multiple platforms
- Demonstrated competency in using Microsoft Office/ Excel and Google
- A proactive approach to solving problems
- A genuine desire to assist and be part of a successful operation
