**About the Opportunity**
In this newly created role, you will work between the Business Partnering, Employee Experience and Workplace Relations & Compliance teams with a focus on enhancing the experience our leaders and team members have with the P&C function.

**In this Role**
- Manage the P&C pages of Metcentral to ensure current information is available that supports self-service.
- Provide advice to P&C Advisors in relation to P&C policies, processes, and procedures.
- Deliver training to P&C and other teams focusing on P&C policies, processes, and procedures.
- Assist with implementing group wide P&C initiatives.
- Owns the people calendar of cyclical activities.
- Review and optimise the use of Salesforce to ensure efficiency, consistency, and capture of data.
- Provide data and insights on case themes and recommendations to address any areas of opportunity to enhance leader and team member experience with P&C
- Provide back up support for P&C Advisors to assist with overflow of work.

**You’re Likely a Match If**
- You’re passionate about and experienced in all aspects of People Operations
- Experience planning and executing P&C programs, through to completion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You’re change management experience, and ability to scale this capability in leaders across the organisation is essential
- Ability to build effective working relationships and partner with key stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes are achieved
- Proven Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate project teams, manage stakeholders, and drive project success.
