HR Partners by Randstad is thrilled to be representing an ASX listed prominent player in retail, logistics and supply chain for a
People and Culture Business Partner position based at Macquarie Park.

Primary responsibilities will include operational and strategic tasks such as:

  • Managing client portfolio (Three Business units) and stakeholder engagement alongside overall operational needs
  • Regular travel to both interstate and local sites
  • Strategic People Plans: crafting the annual people plan for partnered teams
  • Organisational Effectiveness: focusing on organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management initiatives
  • Leadership Development and capability: Providing guidance on employee life cycle matters and enhancing people's skills at all levels
  • Implementing HR solutions, internal policy enhancements, and process improvements
  • Talent and workforce planning: Collaborating with the talent acquisition team for recruitment, engagement, and retention programs
  • Leading performance management, reviews, and compensation planning
  • Dealing with workplace relations matters, especially ER and IR grievance handling, Awards, EBA interpretations, and union interactions

To excel in this role, you should:

  • Be a seasoned HR generalist (preferably with at least 5-6 years of experience)
  • Hold a tertiary and/or higher education qualification in HR or a related field
  • Possess strong HR knowledge, skills, and experience
  • Come from a similar industry/sector background (blue collar and unionized) like FMCG, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics
  • Ideally, have a driver's license for travel to other sites in NSW
