We are seeking a passionate **IBP Digital Solutions Manager **to join our IBP team in North Strathfield.

Reporting into the Director of IBP, our new IBP Digital Solutions Manager will be responsible for the leadership and development of the digital solutions platform for the Integrated Business Planning Process across the Arnott’s Group. You will recommend, design, build, and implement best-in-class digital solutions.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Build the strategy for IBPs digital solutions
- Build the Key Performance Indicator dashboards for all IBP reviews
- Own the design, build and implementation of all IBP digital solutions initiatives
- Build and own the governance framework for IBP data cube
- Accountability for the health, accuracy and validity of the IBP cube - ensuring it meets and exceeds the needs of the IBP process
- Provide thought leadership of the ‘right’ metrics and key performance indicators for tracking the success of the IBP process and its sub-processes
- Build and maintain accountability for the IBP knowledge database - a central repository of policies, standard operating procedures and processes
- Provide leadership and coaching to the IBP team and broader IBP community on our digital solutions platform
- Lead a mentality of continuous improvement and drive a culture of excellence in IBP

**The ingredients to be successful**:

- 5+ years experience in Sales and Operations Planning and/or Integrated Business Planning
- Exceptional working knowledge of Planning Systems, Reporting & Advanced Analytics tools and IBP management tools (JDA/ Blue Yonder, SAP, APO/IBP, Tableau, Power BI)
- 5+years experience in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or associated industries, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Finance or Marketing desirable
- Ability to change the status quo
- Possess a continuous improvement mindset
