We're seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join the team, work closely with the Directors to oversee a unique portfolio of commercial office buildings, predominantly B-grade assets accross the Melbourne Inner City suburbs. This role offers a rare chance to make your mark in a boutique environment where your skills and expertise will shine.
**The Role**
As an experienced Commercial Property Manager, you will take on a diverse array of responsibilities. You will work across a boutique, premium portfolio of office buildings that are predominately B Grade assets.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Oversight across a handful of office buildings, starting off with 2 buildings and increasing based on experiences
- Conducting regular property inspections and delivering comprehensive reports
- Efficiently managing repairs and maintenance
- Skillful financial management, covering rents, leases, outgoings, and arrears
- Coordinating insurance and Essential Safety Measures
- Maintaining strong, productive relationships with landlords and tenants
To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity, with experience working across office buildings. Key attributes, skills, and experiences include:
- Exceptional organisational skills and adeptness in prioritisation
- A proactive approach to thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding written and oral communication abilities
- An unwavering commitment to precision and detail
- Timely and high-quality task execution
- A strong sense of responsibility and reliability
- Prior work experience in property management
- A commitment to continuous learning and skill development

- Agent's Representative Qualification or Licensed Estate Agent accreditation
- A tertiary qualification in Real Estate or a related field is desirable.
- Familiarity with Cirrus 8 would be highly advantageous
