Reporting to the General Manager you will have proven experience providing technical knowledge and solutions for the hands-on day to day maintenance of mechanical plant and equipment. The position is key to supporting each site production teams, improving reliability and carrying out preventative maintenance programs across the production areas to minimise plant down time and improve the efficiency of the operation. Further important aspects of the role are:
Performing breakdown maintenance efficiently

Prioritisation, planning and organizing tasks

Practicing safe work systems

Diagnosis/fault finding techniques of mechanical equipment and rectification of faults

**About you**:
Self-motivated, willingness to learn and grow with CMTP

Experience as a Fitter and Turner in a similar role or manufacturing industry

Strong communication skills

Competent to research and find maintenance equipment independently

Absolute commitment to safe work systems

Good level of IT literacy/ computer skills

Current Driver’s License
