Lead complex projects within PMO portfolio, adhere to Change Delivery framework, enhance PMO function, engage stakeholders effectively.

**The Role**
Join our dynamic team as a Project Delivery Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are successfully executed within budgetary constraints, allocated timeframes, and defined scope. Your responsibilities encompass several key areas:
- Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed budget, time scales and scope.
- Ensure projects within a programme of work are planned robustly and realistically with clear project interdependencies articulated.
- Ensure projects are delivered consistently and systematically, driven by plans and within a repeatable and consistent framework.
- Ensure key senior stakeholders are engaged and kept up to date with progress, risks, and issues.
- Open items are decisively followed up on and resolved.
- Effective line management of Project Managers.
- Develop the team's strong soft skills and stakeholder engagement level.
- The appropriate development plans are in place to ensure the team's capabilities are in line with organisational requirements and industry benchmarks.
- Demonstrated positive contribution to the improvement and effectiveness of the PMO function and delivery framework.
- Additional ad-hoc duties as required.
**Your Profile**
To be eligible for this position, your experience should encompass the following areas:
- Experience with the implementation or migration of HRIS/ERP systems.
- Bachelor's degree in appropriate areas preferred.
- Appropriate Industry Certifications and Training are highly desirable.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role within the Technology sector such as Head of, Programme Manager, or Senior Project Manager.
- Proficient in managing and successfully delivering multiple large programs congruently.
- Effective people leader with demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams of 5 or more.
- Exposure to Retail, eCommerce, Supply Chain and Merchandising is highly desirable.
- Ensure project outcomes meet stakeholders' expectations regarding cost, time, and quality.
- Maintain transparent tracking of projects, ensuring every resource understands their tasks.
- Establish a robust framework for complete visibility of risks and issues, with mitigation plans in place.
- Maintain team engagement score aligned with industry's high-performance standards.
- Garner positive feedback from stakeholders and project team members.
- Ensure consistent adherence to the agreed Change Delivery framework by the team.
- Achieve quarterly measurable improvements aligned with the SQA framework.
