Role Description

As a Capability Seller you will be responsible for generating sales and driving revenue for Capability Deals - across all account segments within an Industry portfolio - through prospecting, acquiring, developing and expanding business leads to achieve short
- and long-term sales and revenue growth. You will also develop long-lasting customer relationships with Accenture and gather referrals with both new and current accounts for solution and capability deals.

Key Role Responsibilities
- Develop strong customer relationships with Accenture and drive acquisition of new customers if required
- Develop and execute Account Plans if required for Unmanaged or Maintain accounts and support ACALs on related industry accounts
- Manage capability sales performance, forecasting and revenue generation
- Develop and maintain an opportunity pipeline through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
- Attend AMBG and pipeline calls
- Proactively manage the Accenture open pipe report for unmanaged accounts or ACAL assigned accounts across the industry

- Able to act as a trusted advisor in addressing our customer's business needs
- Knowledgeable of sales pipeline management and sales and revenue quotas
- Able to leverage network of inside and outside stakeholders to increase influence
- Possess great organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate information to senior stakeholders
