Our business extends beyond hospitality to Aged Care, In Home Care, Medical Specialty Facilities, Fitness and Aquatic Facilities and so much more.
**What are we looking for?**
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an exceptional individual with gaming industry knowledge and experience, who is ready to take that next step in their career and utilise their skills in back of house gaming operations based at our flagship site - Mount Pritchard.
**Some of your key duties will include**:
- Development and implementation of industry leading customer service standards
- Ensure staff training requirements are met and adhere to Group Service Delivery Standards
- Responsible for rostering requirements, performance management and making recommendations for recruitment and department planning
- Coordination of RG and AUSTRAC Compliance including required reporting
- Resolve customer complaints relating to Gaming issues
- Training and development of gaming staff across gaming floor, TAB and KENO
- Update training manuals, policies and procedures to support the evolving landscape to ensure ongoing development of our people
- Ensure Gaming operations is adhered to in line with legislation
**What you need to be successful**:
- Knowledge of Gaming Regulation and Compliance (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Gaming Product, Gaming Systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of creating gaming policy and procedures
- TAB and KENO knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management with strong attention to detail
- High level of professionalism with sensitivity to confidential issues
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure against multiple priorities
- Some travel to our other sites may be required
**About You**
- Professionalism, understanding and sensitivity to confidential matters
- Capability of working both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines
- Strong communication, staff management and sound understanding of club operations knowledge
- Must have a current NSW liquor and Gaming RSA/RCG
- Must have a current RG Certificate
