To be successful in this role:

- You will ideally have some experience either recruiting or working in a blue-collar environment.
- You must have excellent time management skills.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Exceptional customer services coupled with high energy and a positive attitude are keys factors to critical success within this fast-paced industry
- Our product is people and sometimes it doesn’t always go to plan, but as a solid team player, we will work together to get the best outcome for all.
- Be value driven - You will always be encouraged to make decisions and if those decisions are founded off the basis of following these values, no decision is ever contested as being a bad one.
- Have previous blue collar recruitment experience advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Working closely with the local and national consultants and account managers
- Database Management & Administration
- Rostering
- Posting job ads and general administration
- HAVE FUN

About the job:

- Brand new office in Mount Waverley
- 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday - Weekends and afterhours calls will be a thing of the past
- Continuous training and upskilling with clearly defined progression planning
