**About the Position**

Reporting through to the Workshop Supervisor, the primary objective of this position is to support the Palfinger business through effective coordination, administration, and customer service of their Fleet Services.

Some of the duties you will perform in this position will include:

- Creating Service Job Cards and Product Orders as well as Purchase Orders;
- Monitoring and managing the fleet services requirements and ensure the scheduling is done on time;
- Managing the fleet service schedules as well as annual inspection certificates; and
- Building strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Excellent training will be provided and there will also be a high level of support provided to you from the Workshop Coordinator.

This position is ideally suited to an experienced Fleet Coordinator or office based Administration/Customer Service expert who has high attention to detail skills and the ability to form great relationships.

- Strong planning and organisational skills - complemented by a methodical approach and strong attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills - you will be an honest and clear communicator who connects well and engages others;
- The knack for problem solving - you’ll view problems as opportunities and persist until the best solution is found;
- Good computer skills - we’re in search of a ‘tech savvy’ individual who can bring fresh ideas and new efficiencies, and;
- Knowing the suburbs of Brisbane and how to schedule services effectively.
