**About the role**

Key responsibilities include:

- Reporting - overseeing codes performance and meeting KPIs
- Analysis - effectively utilising data to understand 3rd party gaps and translate it into meaningful actions
- Stakeholder Management - liaise with our global counterparts to support the codes and collaborate on projects
- Risk Management - Collaboration with the risk team to manage our position and reduce risk on each event and help identify customer patterns.

The Risk & Trading team at Sportsbet adopt a flexible 5 day working week policy based on customer needs to ensure a great work-life balance for our staff, however there is a requirement for weekend work (rotating roster). Shifts will generally fall between 7am - 6pm.

Please note, the casual role open is to university students where you will receive up to 24 hours per week.

**About You**

We’re looking for enthusiastic, proactive people who is ready to roll up their sleeves and learn. This role would suit those with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work calmly but efficiently under pressure. Along with this, someone who has:

- Outstanding attention to detail and enjoys working with numbers (mathematically)
- Adaptable and able to multitask well for extended periods
- Strong collaborator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
