**YOUR ROLE**

The IAG Procurement Centre of Excellence (PCOE) operates within the Procurement Partnering and Commercial (PP&C) team, aiming to achieve sustainable and risk-conscious procurement and partnering through insights, processes, and policies. Our goal is to empower stakeholders across the enterprise to make informed and impactful decisions. The IAG Procurement operating model is centre-led, presenting the unique challenge of influencing decisions and driving change in a cross-functional environment across Australia and New Zealand.

In the role of Specialist, Procurement Support and Operations you will establish the framework by which procurement support is provided, ensuring templates and tools are fit for purpose, up to date and relevant to the business procurement practices.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 5 years' experience in procurement, in a category management role, a supplier or contract management role, sourcing management or a business process outsourcing management role.
- Experience in developing procurement support material, e.g.: RFP/RFQ templates, approval and briefing memos, tender evaluation templates, category templates, savings reports, supplier governance...etc
- Exposure to Source to Contract (S2C), Purchase to Pay (P2P), Supplier Risk assessment and Supplier contract management, and lifecycle management systems (SAP-ARIBA/FIELDGLASS, COUPA, ZYCUS, Service Now or equivalent)
- Exposure or knowledge of all the functions of procurement or an eagerness to learn.
- Excellent report writing, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritise and get things done.
- Strong Project coordination experience, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills will set you up for success
- The ability to navigate complex organisational challenges (even if you don't know the answer) and work with your team and extended project team members to deliver success.
