We have a fantastic permanent full-time opportunity for an experience and capable Process Analyst to join our Everyday Banking function. The Process Analyst is responsible for delivering and executing operational process design, preparing process mapping and delivery for continuous improvement, automation and partnering opportunities within Everyday Banking at Suncorp. This will include ideation and initial process problem solving through to procedure amendments or creation, solution development, implementation, change management and benefits realisation. It is essential for the success of this role to be able to translate data into meaning business outcomes. Experience and understanding of the financial services industry is highly desirable.

**What you’ll do**
- Develop facts-based and data-driven options analyses (and recommendations) to support the Manager Everyday Banking (EB) Transformation agreeing solutions and countermeasures for problems along with key decision-makers and risk advisers.
- Execute design of new processes.
- Support Automation team in the delivery phase of bots/automation tools, being accountable for developing relevant documentation to support rolling out the change to the business (e.g. PRA’s, Change Requests, Procedures, Training, Communications).
- Execute relevant Change Request documentation, working closely with peers in Partnering to deliver the change and adhere to Partnering Governance requirements.
- Work collaboratively with Risk, Compliance and Partnering advisers whilst developing appropriate suite of risk artefacts and change control tools.
- Support Continuous Improvement and process improvement capability across Everyday Banking.

What you will bring
- Business degree or equivalent OR minimum 3 years’ industry experience - Mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in process design, process improvement or operational excellence, preferably within the Financial Services Industry - highly desirable
- Experience in roles requiring high levels of stakeholder influence, presentation and collaboration - highly desirable
- Demonstrable experience with continuous improvement, problem-solving and business design methodologies (e.g. Customer-based Design) - desirable
- Developed business analysis focus
- Superior attention to detail
- Be risk focused, demonstrating knowledge of processes and tools to reduce risk for Everyday Banking across Suncorp
- Strong communication style demonstrating clear and concise communication techniques across all levels
