**upskilling into Claims Consultants**.

Our fantastic client offers a mature flexible working environment, daily support within a collaborative team, paid training, and career progression. **Location**: Adelaide, CBD. This role will be remote training, then working in a hybrid model.

**Rate of pay**: $37.93 per hour Inclusive -weekly pay

**Role overview**
- **Working hours**:Monday to Friday
- 8.30-5 pm (37.5hrs per week)
- **Contract Duration**: 6 Months with the opportunity to extend or offered a permanent role with this client
- **Training**:Hours may vary whilst in training (8.30-4.30 pm) You will have in-depth structured training which will take place on-site for 2 weeks +
- **Overtime**:There may be rare occasions for some overtime (weekdays/weekends), but this will only be by exception.
- **Team**:Working for a Global company, where collaboration is at the forefront of what you do, be supported by management and team members
- **Management**:Learn from the best, and be supported by leaders within the business
- **Laptop**:Own laptop is required for this opportunity,** MacBooks excluded**

**Main duties**
- Manage inbound customer service queries regarding claims & insurance
- Building relationships with customers by showing empathy, honesty, and clear communication
- Processing claims lodgements and updating personal data
- Arrange assessments & repairs for damage to progress claims
- Communicating claims updates with customers and assisting with queries

**Experience required**
- Previous phone-based call center experience of 1-2 years is required
- Willingness to learn and develop, with a positive attitude
- Due to the nature of this role, you must be available to interview with a MAYDAY consultant immediately
- If you are successful, 2 work references will be immediately required
