Our client are investing are a household name investing heavily in the Identity and Access management transformation.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Release Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role ensures the smooth and efficient delivery of development changes into production, adhering to our comprehensive release processes.

**Role Description**:
As a Release Manager, you will be the linchpin in the development cycle, coordinating with infrastructure, middleware, security, and stakeholder teams to ensure seamless releases. Your expertise will guide the entire release process, from planning and execution to the successful deployment in production environments.

You will be responsible for managing our 3-week release cycle, which kicks off at 14:00 every Friday, with the majority of tasks completed within 6 hours followed by BVT completion overnight or the following morning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the end-to-end release process, ensuring compliance with all release protocols.
- Liaise effectively with various teams including infrastructure, middleware, security, and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive release strategy.
- Plan, execute, and follow up on the delivery of releases from UAT to production.
- Adapt to varying hours of operation based on release requirements, with a commitment to evening and weekend work as needed.
- Ensure all release activities are completed within the stipulated 6-hour window, with BVTs conducted promptly thereafter.

**Expectations of Experience**:

- Proven track record managing large-scale releases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure with tight timelines.
- Experience in technical delivery beyond merely following timelines.
- Excellent time and stakeholder management capabilities.
- A focus on customer experience and a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of delivering Identity projects is a bonus
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with a willingness to adapt schedule for alternative planning times if possible.
