**Role requirements**:
The Administration Officer will deal closely with operations site to ensure daily, weekly and monthly deadlines are met.

The Customer Service Officer will be working in a Call Centre setting.

The hours will be 9-5 (may need to start earlier if ever short staffed - no earlier than 8am)

**What we are seeking**:

- Extensive customer service experience involving complaint handling
- Excellent phone manner/customer service etiquette
- A strong background in Administration
- High level of communication and problem solving skills
- Good data entry speed with accuracy
- Able to learn things quickly
- Excellent attention to detail
- Computer literate (as we work with multiple systems)
- Presentable appearance
- Flexible with hours of work
- Reliable
- Must have own transport

**This role is looking to be filled immediately**

**Salary**: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Signing bonus
