We have a range of different clients across the Central Coast looking for experienced support workers to join their team As leading providers in aged care, they are committed to delivering exceptional care and support to residents, and working in line with their values, you will play a pivotal role in supporting quality care delivery.

As a carer you will be supported by the clinical team and will be responsible for providing person centred care to residents within the facility. Our clients currently have several opportunities available and different locations on offer

**About the Role**:

- Support individuals within residential aged care settings
- Care and help provide independence for an individual
- Daily tasks may include bed making, personal care, assisting with meals, social support, and companionship

**About You**:

- Certificate III or IV qualification in Individual Support, Aged Care or similar
- A kind, caring and empathetic nature, with a positive approach to client service
- Ability to use smart phones and handheld devices
- Prepared to obtain industry mandated clearances; National Criminal History Check, Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Check (assistance can be provided in obtaining clearances), and mandatory vaccinations
- Have obtained or prepared to obtain First Aid and CPR Certificate
