**The Role**:
Providing a high-level service that is above & beyond to their high-profile clients, this is an exciting Leasing Consultant opportunity for a crucial individual to hit the ground running with one of Australia’s most iconic agencies. With plenty of support, structure, and systems to help scope your career to its full capacity. As a Leasing Consultant you will be responsible for:

- Conducting open homes
- Ingoing & outgoing inspections
- Routine inspections & Saturday work
- Diary Management
- Prepare properties for online advertising
- Lease sign ups
- Preparing leases and lease packs
- Ad hoc administration duties

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous Leasing Experience is advantageous
- A current certificate of Registration
- Driver’s license and reliable car
- High level of professionalism
- Commitment to superior customer service
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of customer service and excellent rapport building
