Inner West, Australia Inndeavor Group Full time

In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized rental services to clients, assisting them in finding ideal accommodations in the area. You will need to be familiar with the rental market in the Inner West area, understand the characteristics of various properties, and work closely with clients to meet their residential needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with clients to understand their rental requirements, including budget, property type, location preferences, etc.
- Actively search for rental properties in the Inner West area, liaise with landlords or real estate agents, and arrange property viewings for clients.
- Provide rental advice and recommendations, helping clients address any concerns or queries they may have during the rental process.
- Maintain client relationships, regularly follow up on client satisfaction, and seek feedback and suggestions for continuous service improvement.

Qualifications:

- Familiarity with the rental market and rental processes in the Inner West area, with prior experience as a rental consultant or real estate agent preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish good working relationships with clients and understand and meet their residential needs.
- Strong team player, able to work closely with the team to accomplish tasks and goals.
- Good organizational and time management skills, able to effectively handle multiple client requests and maintain high efficiency.
- Positive attitude and strong service orientation, able to provide clients with quality rental advice and support.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
